Mandatory Open-Box Delivery

  • All Apple products sold on myG.in are delivered under a mandatory open-box delivery policy. The package will be opened in the presence of the customer or their authorized representative at the time of delivery.

Product Verification & Activation

During delivery, the product will be:

  • Physically inspected for any visible damage or mismatch
  • Powered on
  • Activated and verified to ensure it is fully functional

Acceptance of Delivery

By accepting the delivery after unboxing and activation, the customer confirms that:

  • The product is genuine, new, and in proper working condition
  • The correct model, color, and specifications have been received
  • There are no physical defects or missing components

Special Price Offer – Purchase Restrictions

  • Selected Apple products may be offered at special prices for a limited period.
  • Limit of 1 unit per customer/order under this offer.
  • Retailer / bulk orders are strictly not allowed.
  • Right to cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale or bulk purchase.
  • All special price Apple products are strictly under mandatory open-box delivery and activation with no exception.

myG Online reserves the right to:

  • Refuse delivery if the open-box process is declined.
  • Cancel the order if mandatory activation is not permitted by the customer.
